Beaumaris Castle
Situated on the Island of Anglesey, Beaumaris Castle was part of the "iron ring" of North Wales castles built by Edward I. Unfortunately, due to money and supplies the castle's construction was never completed. Because of the symmetrical design of the castle, it is considered to be the most technically perfect castle in Britain. Beaumaris Castle is also partially surrounded by a moat.
